Please print out the registration forms below and return to our front office. Once registration forms are reviewed, you can pay your child's tuition. Please note we must receive current immunization records before enrollment.
Infants: 6 weeks -24 months
Toddlers: 25 - 3 years
Pre K & Preschoolers: Ages 3 – 5
Before/After School: All Ages
Drop in care (Up to 10 Hours): 2 Years & Up (Not available for Infants)
Summer Camp: Ages 5-12
